Take relaxed and direct position.<\/p>\n

Below your talebone is rooted in the Earth.<\/p>\n

Above your crown opens out to the Sky<\/p>\n

Breath comes in and goes out. Not need to force the breath. Each exhalation is farther and farther.<\/p>\n

Act of awareness.<\/p>\n

1) 5\u00a0 EARTH BREATH.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Breath in through the nose and out through the nose. Focus on the crotch area. Visualize a yellow square.<\/p>\n

Breath go out like carpet over the land and all directions around you. Spreading horizontally. Evoking yellow color of the Earth. Consciousness of bones that hold up a flesh musculature. Bones, muscles conforming themselves to the nearby mountains, minerals and the earth. Stone and clay in the land, in our bodies and in we call our mind. Attributes of patience. Tendency to be motionless, stable.<\/p>\n

After it we chant bija mantra LAM 33 times.<\/p>\n

2)\u00a0 \u00a05 WATER BREATH\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Breath shifts and we inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth. Focusing on the pelvic area Sacral Chakra. Visualize a silver crescent. Suddenly direction of subtle breath has changed. No longer issuing out to horizontally but descending flowing down, as water flow flowed down from the top of your head, down into the earth, evoking greenness of water. It is intuitively related to blood and lymph liquid, that constantly circulates through the arteries and veins of the one’s body. Hydrological sycle in the mind and the heart as generous instinct as inclination to toward emotion sentiment connecting beyond the confines of logic.<\/p>\n

3)\u00a0<\/span>5\u00a0 FIRE BREATH<\/span><\/p>\n

Now breath shifts again. We inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Solar Plexus Chakra. Focus on the navel. Visualize the red triangle. Direction of the breath now as flame up. Quickening to the bright glow inclining reddish orange. Producing heat, waves of heat, sense of radiance that is vital heat doesn’t end on one’s skin but emanates out and conversely we imbibe the emanations of heat from other warm bodies, and from Sun itself. Heat and light are not only in the body but in the mind, has further intensity of conviction impassion of resolve.<\/p>\n

After it we chant 33 times Bija Mantra RAM<\/p>\n

4) 5 AIR BREATH.<\/span><\/p>\n

Breath shifts once more again. We inhale through the mouth and exhale through the mouth. Concentration on the chest area, Heart Chakra. Visualize a sky blue disk. This breath going every each way zigzag, chaos, complexity. As blue as the sky and boundless free form. Convening freedom and inspiration.<\/p>\n

After it 33 times we chant Bija Mantra YAM<\/p>\n

5) 5 ETHER, SPASE, AKASHA BREATH<\/p>\n

Finally we find ourselves breathing spontaneously through the nose and mouth both at once. Inhale both nose and mouth and exhale both nose and mouth. Breath hardly noticeable. Focusing on the throat. Merging at space itself. Sensing earth, water, fire and air equalibriasly gathered in the land around us, our body and in our very mind, in the land of the mind, that planet that we discover when this world is turned inside out, thus refreshed in the spirit of alchemical maxim nature refreshed by the communion rejoices within the earth in the body, in nature and the earth in the horizon. The water in our mind and the water in the river, fire in our heart and blaze in the stars. Air in our dreams and exhalations of the forest.<\/p>\n

In the end we chant 33 times Bija Mantra HAM<\/p>\n
